It is no secret (at least now!) that music has been central in Andy's life and essential in his healing. Andy began his work on his album, prior to being diagnosed with cancer. At that time his intention was to dedicate the album to his music teachers, which he still did. Music in the schools (as with all arts) is essential! Not every student has access to the resources to pursue music. VH1 Save The Music Foundation is working to change this.
